  1. Unused and unopened jewelry:

We only accept return requests for jewelry that is unused and unopened. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  1. Return Money Period:

Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving your jewelry. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  1. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service department at Nordicluxery@gmail.com. Please provide the order number and a description of the reason for the return. We will respond with details regarding the return process.

  1. Return Shipping Costs:

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of the product. Please ensure the product is adequately protected to avoid damage during return transit.

  1. Refund of Purchase Amount:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and reviewing the returned product. The refund will be made to the original method of payment.

  1. Shipping costs are not included:

Please note that the return only includes the price of the returned product and does not include shipping costs. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, including the original shipping costs at the time of purchase.

If the customer paid for shipping at the time of the original purchase, please note that these shipping costs are non-refundable. The return only applies to the purchase price of the product itself.   1. Gold/Silver Jewelry:

Please note that all our jewelry is gold/silver-colored. It is normal that there may be some color change over time depending on usage and care.
